1. Layer the Gray.
Jenny always seems to have on dozens of layers on a day to day basis. The gray clothing wear can range from coats and jackets, to scarves, and even leggings or tights. I know that most people like to have a lighter feel when it terms of clothing, so a great way to incorperate gray into your everyday wear is to make it the base. For example, instead of a black shirt, black scarf, and a gray coat, you could try a gray shirt or leggings, with black accents here and there.
2. Leather Jackets.
Whether its long sleeves, short sleeves, cropped, or even studded, Jenny's staple item is her leather jacket. If you don't already have a leather jacket, then go out and by yourself one or two, just to start you off. You can collect your jackets overtime.
3. Black Textures.
Though she loves black and doesn't have a problem showing it, Jenny NEVER wears black from head to toe. That's what you call a big 'no no.' Easy ways to texturize are to add layers, fishnets, leggings, tights, and jewelry. You can also find black textures in clothing. Fore example, black ruffles, sequins, leather, satin, and lace. Jenny loves to mix the material together.
4. Red, Blue, & Navy.
If you want some color in your outfits, but still keep your Jenny Humphrey feel in it, try red, blue, and navy. These colors are often incorporated into Jenny's day to day wear. But don't get too carried away, you still need some black and/or gray for the complete look!
5. Pops of Bright Color.
Most of the time, Jenny has pops of colors here and there. Usually hot pink or a beautiful royal blue color. This color could come from scarves, headbands, shoes, even just your typical handbag. It could also be an underneath layer that just peeks out a little, but makes all the difference.
6. Dresses and Skirts.
Not only in the picture below, but if you pay attention, in almost all of the pictures I have posted here, Jenny is sporting a dress or skirt. It shows off her long, seemingly endless legs that just about every girl would die for. It shows off her slim, longs features.
7. Ankle Boots
8. Studded Bags.
9. Accessories.
10. Dark Eyes&Lips.
Not everyone is suited for the "Raccoon Eyes" as Jenny sometimes wears. Instead, you can use different shades of burgundy, gray, and purple to create a smokey effect. As for the lips, Jenny usually goes red or something dark. If not, which isn't often, she has a nude pink lip.
11. Lighter Curled Beach Blonde Hair.
In personal opinion, this is my favorite out of all the Jenny Humphrey hairstyles. I absolutely love her bangs, and her curls of gorgeous.
GET THE LOOK:
1. With your hair parted to the
side, section your hair into 2 or 3.
2. Grab sections of hair about 1/2 and inch
and curl with a 1 or 1 1/2 inch curler for about 10-15 seconds.
3. Let down sections and repeat. Make the curls at the top tighter for a more volumonous look.
4.Flip over hair and hairspray. *NOTE* If you want a more piecey look, like the picture below, then spray each indivisual curl right after done curling.
